Meet Melinda

Melinda is the Operations Manager at Image Domain. She worked with Dr Ryan on establishing the practice and has held responsibility for its running since it opened.

Almost everything surrounding a consultation falls to Melinda. She receives the first enquiry, explains how the clinic works and what an assessment involves, arranges appointments around each patient's commitments, and follows up once treatment is complete. Returning patients deal with her before and after they see Dr Ryan. That is by design, since familiarity with one person removes most of the friction from a clinical visit.
